Terms & Conditions

These terms govern every rental on HashStrike. The deal in one paragraph: you configure hashrate and duration, pay one BTC invoice, and we deliver real SHA-256 hashrate to your chosen destination — measured, logged in 30-minute samples, and proven on your tracking page. If we deliver less than promised, the shortfall automatically becomes Strike Credit. That's the whole trick, and it's binding.

01About these terms

HashStrike is operated by Mining Hardware Limited ("HashStrike", "we"). By creating an order or listing a rig, you accept these terms. If you rent as a consumer, the mandatory consumer-protection rights of your country of residence always apply alongside these terms — nothing here takes them away.

02The service

HashStrike rents SHA-256 Bitcoin mining hashrate:

• Capacity from 1 to 50 PH/s, window from 1 to 30 days, fixed at purchase.
• Destination of your choice: the HashStrike solo pool, or any stratum endpoint you control or have permission to use.
• One BTC invoice per strike, paid through BTCPay Server. No account, no subscription.
• Delivery is measured from real stratum telemetry and credited in 30-minute samples, visible on your tracking page.
• Marketplace rentals are fulfilled from rigs listed by independent sellers, or through hashrate-provider orders (for example Braiins Pool or NiceHash) — the telemetry guarantee is identical regardless of the source.

03No account — your address is your key

Orders are created per invoice. Your BTC address serves as the order-lookup key and your payout destination. Keep your order link and lookup address safe — we cannot recover an order for you without them. Treat them like a receipt and a key at the same time.

04Orders & payment

• The sats total shown before payment is the price — locked to your selections at quote time.
• Payment is BTC on-chain via a BTCPay invoice; the order activates after sufficient confirmations.
• Unpaid invoices expire within the window stated on the invoice itself; capacity is not reserved after expiry.
• "Market rate" pricing moves with network and pool-market conditions until the moment your total is locked.

05Delivery & proof

Delivered hashrate is credited from live stratum telemetry in 30-minute samples. Short-term pool difficulty and variance are smoothed with rolling averages, because 30-second snapshots of small miners are naturally jumpy. What we promise is delivered hashrate, not mining rewards — blocks are luck, delivery is measurable.

06Strike Credit

If delivered hashrate falls below the rented target, the shortfall converts automatically into pro-rata Strike Credit — no claim, no ticket, no arguing. Strike Credit has no cash value, cannot be exchanged for a BTC refund, and is redeemed against future HashStrike rentals.

07Marketplace & sellers

• Sellers list rigs they actually control. Listings must be accurate; undelivering rigs get suspended.
• Buyer payments are held against delivery — marketplace rentals are escrow-protected and settle from live telemetry.
• HashStrike deducts a commission at settlement; the remainder is paid to the seller's BTC payout address.
• Sellers are responsible for the legality and pool-compliance of what their rigs mine while rented.

08Acceptable use

You may point rented hashrate at any destination you are permitted to use, and you are responsible for that destination's legality and its pool rules. Don't use HashStrike for unlawful activity, sanctioned jurisdictions, attempts to game telemetry or Strike Credit, or any form of abuse. We can cancel orders involved in fraud without Strike Credit.

09Availability

The service runs best-effort. Maintenance, pool outages, and provider hiccups happen — and when they cost you delivered hashrate, the Strike Credit mechanism is the remedy. We may change or discontinue parts of the service; orders already paid are honoured per the terms in force when they were created.

10Fees & taxes

The price of a strike is the sats total shown before payment — nothing else is added. Marketplace commissions are built into listed prices. Mining income can be taxable where you live; your taxes are your business and your responsibility.

11Liability

The service is provided "as is". Our obligation is to deliver the hashrate you rented, as measured by telemetry; our remedy is Strike Credit. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profit, or the opportunity value of blocks you did or didn't find. Our total liability per order is capped at the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in this section limits liability where the law does not allow it.

12Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the law applicable at Mining Hardware Limited's place of establishment, without affecting mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence. If something goes wrong, email us first — we answer, and we'd rather fix it than argue about it.

13Changes to these terms

Updated terms are posted on this page with a new date. The version in force when you created an order is the version that applies to that order.
